Cooper/Clayton
Method to Stop Smoking
A
13-week program developed by a doctor and a dentist
in Kentucky. Cooper/Clayton is offered throughout
Kentucky. The program uses nicotine replacement
therapy and group counseling with behavior modification.
Quit
rates are:

year after program, 45% of program graduates
are smoke free.

years after the program, 80% of nonsmokers at
one year are smoke free.

Strengthening
Families
The
Strengthening Families Program is a parent, youth
and family skill-building curriculum for parents
and youth 10-14 years old. The program will
help build family strengths, strengthen parenting
skills and guide the youth in the prevention of
teen substance abuse, negative peer pressure and
other behavior problems. Families will practice
skills, learn and have fun together.
Prime for Life in the Workplace…Alcohol Education
for Adults
Prime
for Life for Adults is a 6-½ hour risk reduction
program designed to reduce the risk of experiencing
any type of alcohol or drug related problem at any
point in life. It helps adults examine their
own alcohol choices and helps them better understand
alcohol problems among co-workers, friends, and
family members. It is built on persuasive
communication techniques shown effective in changing
attitude and behaviors.

Their primary purpose is to
stay sober and help other
alcoholics achieve sobriety.
